These Terms govern access to and use of jorozi-baputi.info and any course material described on it. By using this site, you accept the terms set out below. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, please discontinue use of the site.
This website describes an online course about planning a mobile food business in Poland without a fixed premises. It provides informational lesson content and downloadable spreadsheet templates. It does not sell, lease or broker vehicles, trailers or catering equipment of any kind, and any impression to the contrary is not intended.
Course content, including references to Sanepid guidance, permitting procedures and location analysis methods, is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It reflects publicly available guidance at the time of writing and is organised for clarity, but it does not constitute legal, sanitary, financial or professional advice specific to your circumstances.
We make no representation that completing the course or using the included spreadsheet templates will result in successful Sanepid approval, a particular financial outcome, or the availability of any specific location. Compliance approvals depend on decisions made by the relevant sanitary and municipal authorities, which are outside our control.
All text, lesson structure, spreadsheet templates and design elements on this site are the property of Jorozi Baputi unless otherwise noted, and are protected under the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. Templates provided as part of the course are licensed for personal, non-commercial reuse in planning your own business, not for redistribution or resale.
You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the site. Automated scraping of course content or spreadsheet templates for redistribution is not permitted.
To the extent permitted under Polish law, including the Act of 23 April 1964, Civil Code, Jorozi Baputi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on informational content provided through this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability arising from consumer protection provisions under the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, where applicable.
References to publicly available Sanepid or municipal guidance may include links to third-party government resources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or content of external sites, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement by those authorities of our course material.
