We collect data you provide directly, such as your name, email address, subject and message content submitted through the contact form. We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as browser type, approximate region derived from IP address, and pages visited, where you have consented to analytics cookies.

We process contact form data on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO, your consent, given when you tick the privacy checkbox and submit the form. We process limited technical data for analytics purposes on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO where you consent through the cookie banner, or Article 6(1)(f) RODO, our legitimate interest in understanding site usage, where applicable and permitted.

Personal data submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry regarding the course, its modules, or its downloadable templates. Technical and analytics data, where consented to, is used to understand which pages are visited and to identify parts of the site that may need improvement.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up, typically not exceeding twelve months. Cookie consent preferences are stored for up to twelve months, after which you will be asked to confirm your preferences again.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with hosting providers and, where consented, analytics providers, strictly to the extent necessary to operate this website. Any such providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with Article 28 RODO.

Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out only where an adequate level of protection is ensured, including through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Chapter V RODO.
